C-Crete Surpasses 3,000 Tonnes of Near-Zero-Emissions Concrete Poured
February 2025, C-Crete reached a major milestone by pouring over 3,000 tonnes of Portland cement-free, near-zero-emissions concrete across key infrastructure and commercial projects. This achievement, announced via PRWeb, firmly establishes C-Crete as the global leader in scalable, climate-safe concrete solutions. From the JP Morgan Chase headquarters [VS1] in New York City to the I-94 highway [VS2] in Minnesota, San Francisco International Airport, and a “Live-Work-Thrive” campus in Los Angeles, C-Crete’s unique binder technology – derived from abundant non-carbonate rocks like granite and zeolite – has proven to deliver ASTM-compliant strength with zero Portland cement.

By replacing conventional cement, which accounts for 7% of global CO₂ emissions, C-Crete’s solution has prevented nearly 500 tonnes of CO₂ emissions since early 2023. Its material even captures CO₂ from the air as it cures, pushing the boundaries of what sustainable construction can achieve.
