C-Crete’s Free-Cement Concrete at Hubbard’s Corner Building

Aug 2023, C-Crete Technologies completed the second major pour of its cement-free concrete at the Hubbard’s Corner building project  in Seattle, adding another 40 tons of its sustainable material to the foundation footings and slabs.

This project also contributes to substantial environmental benefits by eliminating Portland cement, which is responsible for roughly 7% of global CO₂ emissions. By replacing cement with C-Crete’s binder, this pour contributed significant carbon savings while maintaining industry-leading strength and durability standards.
